15-Day Return and Refund Policy

You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligible returns

Coffee and other food products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened coffee is not returnable unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Starting a return

Contact us at info@bridgerockservicesllc.org within 15 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns must be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of opened coffee or other opened perishable goods unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards or final-sale items.

Taste preference

We stand behind the quality and freshness of every roast, but taste is subjective. Simply not caring for the flavor, roast level, or grind of an unopened bag is not eligible for a refund or return on its own. If something is genuinely wrong with your order (damaged, defective, incorrect, or spoiled on arrival), that is covered under Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders above.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Once the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for completing the exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
