Where we ship

Rock Fuel Morning Roast currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Free U.S. shipping

Shipping is free on every U.S. order. There's nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Roasted to order

Every bag is small-batch roasted after you order, so it reaches you fresh instead of sitting on a shelf. Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays (weather, holidays, high volume) can occasionally add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order's status, email us at coffee@bridgerockservicesllc.org.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer will need a paid replacement order.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

If your package arrives damaged, is marked delivered but you can't find it, or seems lost in transit, email us at coffee@bridgerockservicesllc.org within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos of the package and item. See our Refund Policy for how we make it right.
